Identical to the competitor’s diamond
The competitor’s diamond must have the same characteristics (e.g., cut, color, clarity, and carat) as the James Allen diamond to which you’re comparing it.
Available for immediate purchase
The competitor’s diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price at the time of your request. Expired offers are not eligible.
Accompanied by a GIA grading report
You’ll need to provide us with a copy of the diamond’s GIA grading report (issued within the last year) together with proof of the lower-priced offer.
