I was a little relunctant to make a purchase this big online. I did some research and found James Allen to be pretty reputable. The representative I talked to was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. The ring was ready as promised, as was the appraisal. I was pleasantly surprised with what I received and my fiance was too! There is no need to spend 25-75% more for the same product. I would definitely use them again for a diamond ring purchase.
