48th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues is now to be called "Willam Goldberg Way" after the late diamantaire Willam Goldberg. A ceremony to honor Goldberg took place on Father`s Day in June. Willam Goldberg Diamond Corporation`s Corporate Offices, one of the most prestigious diamond houses today, sits just above the sign. Goldberg is recognized for his contributions to the diamond industry as well as his philanthropic efforts throughout the years. This is a well deserved tribute!
