Celebrities will always have access to high-priced diamond jewelry.  It is when a celebrity puts on a $10 piece that means something that we look up from our magazines and pay attention.   Now, with mention on the Ellen DeGeneres show and a viral video showing dogs and cats that have been saved from cruelty or neglect, "I`m Tired Of" bracelets are once again in the spotlight.
