Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finally getting married? There sure has been "a lot of ring-talk" lately revolving around the power-couple. So is the gossip true? Will Pitt, 48, and Jolie, 36, be exchanging wedding rings anytime soon?

Unfortunately not.

Last Sunday, at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in L.A, Jolie dispelled the rumors, explaining that Pitt’s marriage comments were taken out of context.
"I think anything said tends to be blown out of proportion," the Girl, Interrupted actress said while being interviewed on the red carpet. "Yeah, that was my fault," Pitt chimed in. 

Perhaps Pitt, whose every move is documented by the Paparazzi, should have thought more about the implications of his recent comments. Seriously, what was he expecting after admitting to "getting a lot of pressure from the kids" about marriage?
"It means something to them," Pitt said in an interview with CBS News. "We will [get married] someday, we will. It's a great idea. 'Get mommy a ring.' 'OK, I will, I will.' "

And he didn’t stop there. Pitt spoke more on the issue to The Hollywood Reporter.
"It seems to mean more and more to our kids," the Ocean's Eleven actor said. "We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to [get married] till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out … it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment."

Pitt is rather opinionated these days. Not just about marriage, but also about the future of his career. When asked if he would consider direction his own films, he responded bluntly, "Hell no..Just not interested."

Unlike George Clooney, Ben Affleck, and his wife, Jolie, Pitt has no interest in going behind the camera to direct. Instead, he will stick to acting and continue to produce films. (Pitt produced Moneyball, The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford and The Departed, to name a few.)

Once again, Brangelina fans will have to wait for a wedding. Looks as though it’s going to be a few more years before our favorite Hollywood couple and their team of kids march down the aisle.
