Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz is engaged! Boy do I feel old! Isn't it crazy how time flies?

The former child actor proposed to his girlfriend and publicist, Elycia Marie Turnbow, at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona, this past weekend. There is no news yet on what engagement ring he gave Elycia Marie Turnbow, but we're sure it was sparkly one!

News of the couple’s engagement is rather surprising considering that they were having serious issues earlier this year. Last Febuary Police were called to their home when Muniz allegedly held a gun to the back of Turnbow’s head. Yikes, that doesn't sound loving.

At the time, Muniz's rep denied all reports that this was true. "Neither one is interested in finger-pointing at the other," he said. "It was a situation that escalated beyond a point that it needed to be. If anything, they will look back at this as a learning opportunity."

True or not, it seems their hard times have passed. On Saturday, Muniz tweeted "After 4 years together, I'm so happy to be ENGAGED to the love of my life @ElyciaMarie!!!" Turnbow shared the good news as well tweeting, "It's official.. I'm engaged!"

According to sources close to the celebrity couple, the wedding will take place in approximately six months. The guest list will include some major celebrity guests like the Jonas Brothers and Malcolm in the Middle costars ----- and .
