Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt's Near Run-In

Running into exes can be so awkward...especially when you used to be married for five years!
Last night, famous exes Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston almost had a messy run-in. The ex-couple nearly crossed paths when they both decided to see the same movie at different times in a theatre in L.A. Considering their messy divorce, it sure is good they didn’t see each other!
The 47-year-old Fight Club actor was leaving a 2pm showing of Hugo with Angelina Jolie and their four adorable children. While leaving the film the family nearly bumped into Aniston and her new beau, Justin Theroux, who had just arrived to see a later showing of the film. Luckily they missed each other by a hair!
"Justin and Jennifer skipped the popcorn and went straight in. Like five minutes later, Brad and the kids came out of the theatre. They just missed each other!" an undisclosed source who saw the incident said.
Aniston and Pitt were married for about five years, from July 29, 2000 to January 6, 2005. Hollywood glorified their supposedly perfect marriage, until their shocking divorce announcement in 2005. Rumors began immediately that Pitt had been disloyal to Aniston with Angelina Jolie while filming the romantic thriller Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The divorce wreaked havoc among Aniston and Pitt fans who took clear sides.
Since their split, Aniston has said that she does not regret her "very intense...complicated relationship" with Pitt. Still, an anonymous friend of the actress says, "She will always think of him as a jerk." Pitt on the other hand has referred to their 7 year relationship as boring and forced.
Had Aniston and Pitt indeed run into each other it might have been their first face to face encounter since their divorce. Hmmm wonder how things would have gone down!
