Former Married With Children actress Christina Applegate is pregnant , with her first child.  The father is her fianc? Martyn Lenoble, who gave Applegate an engagement ring on Valentine's Day. 

The Samantha Who? starlet has dated the Dutch bass player and founding member of 90s alternative rock band Porno for Pyros  for two years . She has noted that he helped her when she learned she had breast cancer and was there for her while she recovered from a double mastectomy in July 2008 and reconstructive surgery.

"I'm very grateful to Martyn for coming along at a time that he did because he's been my rock through all this," Applegate told People magazine in 2009.

The Emmy winner, who also flaunted her features on People Magazine's Most Beautiful People in 2009, was once married to longtime boyfriend, That Thing You Do! actor Johnathan Schaech but the couple divorced after four years of marriage in November 2005 due to irreconcilable differences.    At the time, there were rumors that Applegate had cheated. 

No word yet on when Applegate and Lenoble will tie the knot, but it will be the second marriage for both.

Other news on the Applegate front: The actress recently commented that she was bummed to learn that Paramount Pictures passed on the making of the sequel to Anchorman, the hilarious movie she starred in as Veronica Corningstone with Will Ferrell. 

MTV.com caught up with the actress at VH1's Do Something Awards and asked her about it.

"We're really sad that…at the moment, it looks like we're not doing it," she said, "Everybody was on board.  It was kind of a bummer when we heard that Paramount didn't want to pursue it right now, it just doesn't make sense to us."

Applegate was even interested in doing Anchorman 2 as a musical on Broadway.
