It's big, banging news for Kaley Cuoco! The sitcom actress, 25, is getting married to longtime boyfriend, addiction specialist Josh 'Lazie' Resnik. Cuoco's rep announced the news in a press conference with people magazine yesterday.

"The surprise proposal took place during a quiet date night at home. The couple are very happy and excited to begin planning their wedding," she said.

The last time the Big Bang Theory actress spoke about engagement, she did so in a light-hearted, playful manner. At the Golden Globes this past January, Cuoco wore a giant diamond ring on her ring finger, even though she was not engaged. Sure enough, the paparazzi had a field day!

Rumors spread that she was engaged to The Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki, whom she dated for two years. Cuoco, however, quickly set the record straight. "I'd like you to know who I'm engaged to – Chopard, the jewelry designer," she explained. She went on to say that she wore the ring on that finger because it fit like a glove.

Now that Cuoco is really engaged, what kind of engagement ring do you think she has? Do you think it’s as giant Kim Kardashian’s? Or is it as eco-friendly as Natalie Portman’s ring? Guess we’ll have to wait to find out! 

Cuoco and Resnik have not yet set a wedding date, but plan to get married sooner than later.
