Hey X Factor Fans, guess what?! Your favorite contestant is wearing a super sparkly, delicate diamond engagement ring. Rumor has it Cher Lloyd , 18, is engaged to her steady of nine months, Craig Monk, 21. What great news! Lloyd must feel on top of the world!

The couple has reportedly been engaged for quite some time, although the news is only now becoming public.  Pictures of Lloyd wearing an engagement ring over a month ago have just recently emerged. In November, the With Ur Love" singer was photographed sporting a traditional diamond ring on her tattooed wedding finger.

“Cher's been telling anyone who will listen that she's engaged to Craig, despite originally denying the news. She’s head over heels and has been sporting an engagement ring since last month,” an anonymous source close to the couple told The Sun.

Lloyd and Monk first met in April at the Mayfair salon where Monk works as a hair dresser. They moved in together son after despite their very different careers and lifestyles.

“My boyfriend keeps me sane' she has said. He tells me to keep a grip, he’ll say “You've got the best thing ever, realize you are the luckiest person ever. He whips me back into shape a little bit,” Lloyd said of Monk in an interview with Mail Online.

Lloyd rose to fame after auditioning for The X Factor in 2010.  The Worcestershire teenager wowed the judges with her unique rendition of Keri Hilson version of "Turn My Swag On". In the face of controversy and tabloid bullying, Lloyd finished fourth place and was eventually signed to Sony Records. She released her first single "Swagger Jagger" in the summer of 2011. Lloyd was previously linked to Karim Roundi, whom she met through X Factor contestant Paije Richardson.
