Engagement ring news fresh of the press! 30 Rock actress Katrina Bowden is getting married to punk rocker Ben Jorgensen! Check out her brand new diamond engagement ring. Is that a pave set diamond we see?

Wearing an elegant white, strapless lace and beaded gown, the 23 year old showed off her sparkler at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) yesterday. Jorgensen proposed the night before at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

“I was so shocked,” Bowden told E! host Giuliana Rancic. “And I said, ‘Oh my God,’ and I hugged him.”
“He said, ‘Is that a yes?’”
“We talked about it, so it wasn't out of nowhere, but I was so surprised,” she added. “That's why I forgot to say ‘yes’ at first.”

Bowden even revealed that her fiancé picked out the engagement ring all by himself! Not bad, eh?

Bowden, who plays the ditzy, sexy assistant Cerie, joined 30 Rock costars Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan, at the SAG awards to celebrate their nomination for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series.

Bowden got her first break in 2006 when she appeared in two episodes of ABC’s One Life to Live. She also guest starred in Law & Order SUV and Ugly Betty. Bowden was just 16 when she auditioned for the role of Cerie. In 2011, she was voted Esquire Magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive, beating out beauties such as Mila Kunis, Bar Rafaeli and Angelina Jolie.

Jorgensen, 28, was the lead singer for the rock band Armor for Sleep. In 2010 he released his first solo album, There Is Nowhere Left to Go.

Until now, Bowden and Jorgensen have kept their relationship rather private. Congratulations to the happy couple. Katrina- we love your engagement ring!
