The sexiest redhead on TV is officially off the market. That’s right – ‘Mad Men’ star Christina Hendricks, who plays the curvy, sassy Joan Holloway on AMC’s hit drama, has tied the know with actor Geoffrey Arend at Il Buco restaurant in New York on Sunday, according to PEOPLE.

Hendricks and Arend got engaged earlier this year after being introduced through ‘Mad Men’ costar Vincent Kartheiser, who plays the bratty Pete Campbell on the show.

The couple exchanged platinum wedding bands designed by Tacori. “The rings are simple and lovely – so much like Christina and Geoffrey,” said Tacori rep Michelle Chila. Arend's engraved ring matches Christina’s petite platinum ring with two rows of pave-set diamonds.

When they went ring shopping earlier this year, the duo knew they found a perfect match. “They put the rings on the table and said, ‘Look, they talk to each other. They’re friends,'” adds Chila.

In July, Hendricks revealed to PEOPLE that she was planning to wear a Carolina Herrera wedding gown: “It was the first dress I tried on and it was magnificent.” Plus, she wanted the wedding to be an intimate affair: “We really wanted it to be filled with our absolute best friends and our family. We didn't want to spread ourselves too thin and we really wanted it to have a warm environment, so we kept it with the tightest people.”

When it comes to describing her husband, Hendricks only had the nicest things to say: “He's considerate, he's thoughtful, he's smart, he takes care of me. He's very, very giving.”
