 Actress Kristen Bell and her boyfriend, actor Dax Shepard, are engaged. The couple have been dating for several years, starting soon after Dax and then-girlfriend Kate Hudson broke up. Bell and Shepard are currently co-starring in When in Rome. According to Us Magazine, Shepard, 35, proposed to Bell, 29, over the holidays. During Sunday night’s Grammy Awards, Bell presented and took the opportunity to show off her stunning diamond engagement ring. The ring, designed by Neil Lane, is made up of a fancy-colored emerald cut diamond over 3 carats. It is set in platinum with small white diamond accents. The couple began dating in 2007, after Bell broke it off with her then-fiance Kevin Mann. Before dating Bell, Shepard dated Jessica Simpson and Kate Hudson. Bell, who has starred in Heroes and Veronica Mars, just wrapped her part in the forthcoming Burlesque alongside Cher and Christina Aguilera. Shepard will star in NBC’s forthcoming series Parenthood with Lauren Graham.
