Recent reports suggest that Bullock's husband has been unfaithful, and that Sandra has officially moved out of their home.
Apparently James has been carrying out an affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, a tattoo model. Aaccording to In Touch magazine, McGee claims she slept with Jesse James for about eleven months. Although she claims she didn’t know that James and Bullock were still together.
Sandra moved out of the couple’s Southern California house days before the reports of her husband’s infidelity surfaced.
Bullock, who recently won her first Oscar for Best Actress for The Blind Side, abruptly canceled an appearance at the London Premier of the film. | |

Well, 51,000 iPads have been pre-ordered just two hours after it went on pre-order. A day later, the number reached approximately 120,000. The iPad went on pre-sale March 12.
Two thirds of the customers who pre-ordered the iPad opted for the Wi-Fi version, with remaining customers choosing both the 3G and Wi-Fi support. As far as memory goes, the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB sold about equal.
For those customers who want a little more sparkle from their device, they can get a diamond iPad. Yup, it’s exactly what it sounds like. The entire device is covered in a huge number of diamonds, totaling 11.43 carats. They diamonds are color grade G/H and VS2/SI1 clarity.
The iPad will start shipping on April 3. The diamond iPad will start selling on June 1 for a mere $20,000. | |

Thu, March 11st 2010, 18:47 EST | | The news of Corey Haim’s death has spread like wildfire across the internet, but the person who might have been most affected by the loss could well be Haim's best friend, often co-star and “brother,” Corey Feldman.
Feldman issued this statement about Haim:
“I was awakened at 8:30 this morning by my brother and sister knocking on my bedroom door. They informed me of the loss of my brother Corey Haim. My eyes weren't even open all the way when the tears started streaming down my face. I am so sorry for Corey, his mother Judy, his family, my family, all of our fans, and of course my son who I will have to find a way to explain this to when he gets home from school. This is a tragic loss of a wonderful, beautiful, tormented soul, who will always be my brother, family, and best friend. We must all take this as a lesson in how we treat the people we share this world with while they are still here to make a difference. Please respect our families as we struggle and grieve through this difficult time. I hope the art Corey has left behind will be remembered as the passion of that for which he truly lived.” | |

Wed, March 10th 2010, 20:18 EST | | Good news! Bank of America customers will soon be able to spend more money than they have in their accounts without paying unpredictable overdraft fees. Bank of America’s policy may be a fundamental step in getting other banks on board in the near future.
So what happens if you want to buy a gorgeous engagement ring on your debit card, but you don’t have enough money in the bank to cover it? Simple, the transaction won’t go through. If you try to withdraw more funds than you actually have from an ATM, you’ll have to agree to pay a $35 overdraft fee before you can get the money.
Beginning July 1, rules set by the Federal Reserve will ban banks from charging overdraft fees without first getting permission from the customer.
“The majority of our customers who overdraw their account do so with everyday debit purchases,” says Susan Faulkner, senior vice president of consumer banking for Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America. “They're doing this unknowingly, because they aren't aware that they are about to overdraft.”
The bank's new policy will start on June 19 for new accounts, and in early August for existing accounts. It will replace the bank's current terms, which charges a fee if the deficit is greater than $10. | |

Tue, March 9th 2010, 18:01 EST | | After weeks of attempting to deny their engagement, Simon Cowell finally admitted he was engaged to Mezhgan Hussainy on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
The 50-year-old host of American Idol and The X Factor actually blushed on national television. When asked by Jay Leno if he was engaged, Cowell replied: “Are they true? Well, I do have somebody in my life now, Jay, yes. And I kinda made a decision this year to make somebody happy.”
The couple was rumored to have gotten engaged on Valentine’s Day, but Simon has refused to elucidate when and how the engagement took place. Here’s what Simon revealed: “I find this very uncomfortable. I was asleep, I think. No, look, I bought her the ring in London.”

|  | A Complete Rundown Of The 2010 Oscars
Mon, March 8th 2010, 14:49 EST | | Let’s start off like this: Kathryn Bigelow won big at last night’s Oscar Awards, taking home Best Director and Best Picture for her war drama The Hurt Locker. That’s right, Bigelow beat out her ex-husband and director of Avatar, James Cameron, for those prestigious honors.
The Hurt Locker took home six prizes at the 2010 Academy Awards. Kathryn also earned the distinction of being the first woman ever to win the directing Oscar.
After the ceremony, Bigelow expressed that she was eager for other women to follow her lead in winning: “I hope I'm the first of many, and of course, I'd love to just think of myself as a filmmaker. And I long for the day when that modifier can be a moot point,” she expressed “But I'm very grateful if I can inspire some young, intrepid, tenacious male or female filmmaker and have them feel that the impossible is possible, and never give up on your dream.”
Was there drama between the Bigelow and Cameron? Well, they were seated in very close proximity during the show. Cameron joined the standing ovation Bigelow received for winning best director and was seen clapping eagerly and saying “Yes, yes.”
Backstage, Bigelow had some kind words to say about Cameron: “Jim is very inspiring. I think he inspires filmmakers around the world, and for that, I think I can speak for all of them. We're quite grateful.”

|  | Gang Holds Diamond Family Hostage
Sun, March 7th 2010, 09:07 EST | | This past Friday wasn’t so great for Karp Impex, an India-based diamond manufacturer with offices in Antwerp. The office was the sight of one of the biggest robberies in Belgium.
The family of Pankaj Maldar – a partner as Karp Impex – was held at gun point at their home by a gang of thieves demanding diamonds from the company’s office. The gang came into the home with full knowledge of Karp Impex’s inventory, and demanded that Maldar get the diamonds while his family was held hostage.
Reports suggest that the robbers made away with diamonds valued up to $10 million. The family was held hostage for 18 hours.
Vasant Mehta, chairman of India’s Gem & Jewelry Export Promotion Center said: “Antwerp used to be a safe place to do business but this should serve as a wakeup call for the city,” He argued that the robbery wasn’t aimed specifically at the Indian company, claiming that “it could have been anyone.”

Wed, March 3rd 2010, 16:36 EST | | Billy Baldwin and Chynna Phillips have been married for 15 years. In Hollywood terms, that’s nearly 10,000 years. Well, things almost came to a halt last week when Chynna filed divorce papers. Thankfully, within days she changed her mind and withdrew the filing.
Balwin – who is in the middle of filming ‘Gossip Girl’ – was allegedly shocked on February 26, when his wife filed for divorce in Santa Barbara, California.
A source told the New York Post that Chynna changed her mind over the weekend: “Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional buildup. But once it was filed, she realized she didn't want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it.”
Lizzie Grubman, the couple's manager, told the Post that “every married couple has its up and downs, but they are two people who have been together for 18 years and are deeply in love. They will work through their personal issues and they are committed to staying together.” | |
