At the Christie’s Jewel sale in New York on April 22, they will be auctioning a number of luxury diamond items, some estimated at over $1 million. In addition to the diamond items, there will be colored gems and signed jewels including antique, Belle Epoch, art nouveau, retro and contemporary pieces. The most valuable diamond in the lot is a pear-shaped diamond ring with a weight of 30.02 carats, D color and Internally Flawless clarity, and set in a deep pink diamond band. Christie’s did not publish an estimated value for the diamond, but one is available on request.
