The Customer Service department was very friendly and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I was very weary about buying an engagement ring I couldn''t "touch" before purchasing, however, the staff at James Allen assured me I would be more than satisfied with the quality of the ring I chose, that it would meet all the standards I had set or I could return the ring for a full refund.
The engagement ring was absolutely beautiful. We chose to go from a .25 total carat weight to a .50 total carat weigh on the three stone ring and are very happy with the results. There is no comparison when matched up with other similar rings. The quality of the diamonds sets this ring apart. It sparkles and shines when compared to other rings that just seem to be dim. Though we paid twice as much for the ring than a 1 carat total weight from other dealers we would recommend the excellence of craftsmanship and quality of diamonds to anyone of our closest friends. We have received nothing but dazzling compliments for this once in a lifetime experience.

This ring was the perfect gift for my lady on our anniversary. She doesn''t really wear a lot of jewelry, since she is a simple woman. But her reaction to receiving this ring was priceless. It sat elegantly on her slender fingers, and it sparkled when the light hit it. She loves it because it''s not too flashy, but receives the right amount of attention. For an engagement next year I''ll definitely like to upgrade the ring to a 1.5 ct diamond instead.
