| I ordered a .81 carat, G color, VS1 clarity, round brilliant cut diamond with excellent polish and symmetry. This was set in a platinum pave band with a dual-oval pattern.Overall, the experience was outstanding! I received e-mail confirmations of my order, the 1.5% discount for wire transfer was a nice bonus, and overnight shipping is truly helpful! The diamond is absolutely splendid and is everything that I would hoped it would be. It's VS1, but I cannot really find any inclusions under magnifications, so I am really proud to have found a unique diamond. The ring itself is beautiful and of very high quality. There shanks are solid metal, the pave diamonds are matched and set well, and the prongs are perfectly tightened. The sizing of the ring is perfect. The staff at James Allen were extremely helpful to me as I made my purchase, and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase as I have elsewhere. The diamond I found at James Allen is the perfect culmination of my three month search and I honestly couldn't be any happier with it. It shipped promptly and I was able to track it the whole way. I know this all reads like an over-the-top endorsement, but I honestly just had a really good experience and was relieved to get the perfect diamond after so much time and hard work.

The sales manager helped me find a diamond with the exact specifications that I was looking for. After choosing the ring and band combination, I received the ring in a timely manner and was very pleasantly surprised to discover that it was even better than what I had expected.My fiance and I love the ring and got it appraised last week. The appraiser gave the same ratings for all of the specifications that were given in the AGS report supplied by James Allen. He even gave a higher clarity rating than what was stated in the report.
