I found a round 2.01 diamond excellent cut J and SI2 that I had set in a custom setting with surprise diamonds. I am amazed at the final result. I took it to independant appraiser who appraised it much higher than what I paid for and who was really surprised by the craftmanship of custom platinum head they did for me. Communication was easy, of the utmost courtesy, and I am looking forward to an upgrade of my ring with them in a few years. They are fantastic to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a special engagement ring.

Yes, I did receive my diamond, I actually spoke with a representative on Friday and to my surprise he told me it had been shipped and I should receive it that same day. I really didn't expect to get it before the weekend. The diamond is beautiful and I'm very happy with it. I took it to the jeweler the very next day. The gemologist confirmed it's the real deal, and said I got a great deal on a beautiful stone. It's being set into my wedding ring as we speak, I can't wait to get it back, feel like a kid at Christmas time.

JamesAllen.com is the best place to shop for an engagement ring. They have the best diamond prices, better than bluenile.com. A local jeweler claimed that he can match the diamond price form JamesAllen.com. Anyway, the diamond he offered us with the same characteristics was EGL certified, not GIA and if you have done your research you know that this isn't really a price match. The ring that we got was exactly what we expected. Customer service was excellent - answered all our questions promptly before we placed the order. Delivery was fast, on the expected date. Overall, excellent shopping experience. I highly recommend JamesAllen.com.

Just wanted to drop a line to say that my ring arrived this morning. That was a very fast turn around time. Thanks for the expedient service! I would like to say that the ring is amazing! I'm sure you hear that from most of your purchasers but I am truly surprised at how beautiful the ring is. The petite square cathedral setting is also perfect. I am extremely happy with my purchase, but the thing that made me even happier was the appraisal that was sent with the ring. My purchase price was $7180 for the signature princess 1.21 F VS1 stone and platinum cathedral setting, yet the jeweler appraised the ring for $12,250! Wow. Anyhow, thanks again for the great purchase and the friendly service.

WOW!!!! The diamond is fantastic! I saw it last night and couldn't control my self from giving it to my wife right then! It's even bigger than I hoped and you have to look really hard from the pavilion side even to see the wisps! It's FANTASTIC!!!! Compared it to my mother in laws 2.12 E SI1 and I think it's way nicer! You can't see any color difference between hers in the setting and in the tension setting!!!! You have a customer for life! I think I've even converted my father in law who was pretty skeptical of the internet diamond idea...they're all so impressed!!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

I had it sent to another location, which made the secret even better. It was delievered in a timely manner. I also liked how I was able to track my purchase online, and was able to view where it was.
