Good morning to you all. I received the diamond yesterday and was delighted at how it looked.  I was also extremely impressed at the extras which you included with the diamond - the loupe, presentation box, the H&A viewer and the 20 Ways book (which I will definately be reading).  I'll be taking the diamond for an appraisal and choosing a setting on Monday, and I'm sure I'll be delighted even further with the valuation.  Not only were your prices the cheapest I could find on the web, the exchange rate for me here in the UK is extremely favourable at the moment so I have genuinely saved a small fortune buying from you.  Compared with buying this diamond from a UK wholesaler I know I have saved around $900 - $1600+ May I also say a big thank you for the speed in which you got the diamond to me.  I only instructed my bank to make the wire transfer at midday on Monday and received the diamond on Friday afternoon.  If you wish to make these comments available on your site, then please feel free.  I'm sure there are people from outside the US who decide not to buy from you because of their concerns regarding paying by wire transfer, not to mention the fact that they haven't seen the diamond before they buy.  If this helps you and them in any way then I'm glad I could be of assitance.  I look forward to buying form you again. Well if the diamond ring is anything like your staff's customer service I know I (and more importantly my girlfriend) will be very impressed. 90 days ago I knew very little about diamonds or diamond rings. After talking with my local jeweler and then doing research online, I still knew very little. It was not until I talked with Jennifer first and then with Dave that I felt comfortable with where I was headed. All three of you did an excellent/no pressure job in selection, and later in working with a rather tight budget. I am wholly confident that the product will meet or exceed my expectations. Buying online has never been a problem before, but this is a serious investment. After spending a lot of time searching around I came to the conclusion that JA has one of (if not the) best sites. I absolutely LOVE the loose diamond navigation. To be able to see vids and close up shots of the stone is soooo comforting. I spoke to the staff and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. The ring came right on schedule, and it was perfect. Far better than I had expected and actually MUCH more brilliant than the one we saw at other retailers (swear to God). Of course, I picked a GREAT stone from the loose selection, but the side stones sparkle just as bright as the center stone....the ring is almost blinding in day light. Shes gotten a lot of comments, and many friends trying it on. Even a few "that's the most beautiful ring ive ever seen." All in all JA was perfect and made the experience easy. Thanks guys!

The jewelers around our area are very high priced, with a very limited inventory on quality GIA or AGS certified diamonds. We had been looking online for a diamond which are more affordable and a better selection but you can't visualize the actual diamond. When I found James Allen website. I was incredibly excited. They have great prices, huge inventory and you can see the diamonds. On top of all that you have videos of you ring settings. The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone I spoke to took their time with me and helped me. Especially, Josh, Dave and Jennifer.

I was highly impressed with the quality of service and excellence James Allen brought me and my fiance. They did not pressure me into buying anything, but were very open with any information I needed. Just wanted to drop a line to say that my ring arrived this morning.  That was a very fast turn around time.  Thanks for the expedient service!  I would like to say that the ring is amazing!  I'm sure you hear that from most of your purchasers but I am truly surprised at how beautiful the ring is.  The petite square cathedral setting is also perfect.  I am extremely happy with my purchase, but the thing that made me even happier was the appraisal that was sent with the ring.  My purchase price was $7180 for the signature princess 1.21 F VS1 stone and platinum cathedral setting, yet the jeweler appraised the ring for $12,250!  Wow.  Anyhow, thanks again for the great purchase and the friendly service.
