I just wanted to get back to you and let you know how
pleased I am with your company and the purchase I made. Even though my
wide transfer happened after noon on Wednesday, I still received my diamond on
Thursday morning. My independent verification came back very favorable and
confirmed all the specs on the GIA cert. In fact, my 'I' color stone was
reclassified as an 'H' color. It looks stunning in its setting and I can't
wait to see the finished ring. The jeweler was amazed at the price I paid
for the stone and, frankly, I don't know how you did it. You're feeding

I just wanted you to know how happy I am with my
diamond. After speaking with Joshua last Tuesday my fianc? and I bought a .54
ct, marquise cut, G color, VVS2 from you on Tuesday and it arrived at 9:59AM the
next morning complete with it's papers from the GIA. A lot of my friends were
very skeptical of our having bought from an online company, but when we took the
stone to several local jewelers and none of them could touch the price for the
value, I think we won you some future business. The closest anyone could come
was $1200 for a .58, I color, SI1, and that guy was a REALLY good friend of a
family member. We had the stone set today and it's absolutely beautiful.

I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for
being such a great company with such great people. After much (MUCH!)
research I purchased a stone and setting from your company and Jennifer Norbury
was extremely helpful. I was in a time crunch since I was leaving for
vacation and wanted to pop the question while on vacation. Jennifer
consulted with the jeweler regarding the rush timing to build the ring and sure
enough, it got there exactly when she said it would and I couldn't have been
happier with the stone and setting. However, the best part was still to
come. When I brought it in to an appraiser today, he said it actually
graded out 2 levels better on the colorscope than the GIA cert. That being
said he of course couldn't change the grade, but even with the GIA grade, he
gave it a retail value of 155% of what I paid for the ring!!! Unbelievable
value, amazing customer service and I will be HIGHLY recommending your company
to everyone!!

| WOW!!!! The diamond is fantastic! I saw it last night and couldn't control my self from giving it to my wife right then! It's even bigger than I hoped and you have to look really hard from the pavilion side even to see the wisps! It's FANTASTIC!!!! Compared it to my mother in laws 2.12 E SI1 and I think it's way nicer! You can't see any color difference between hers in the setting and in the tension setting!!!! You have a customer for life! I think I've even converted my father in law who was pretty skeptical of the internet diamond idea...they're all so impressed!!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

I received the ring yesterday (Ideal cut Princess,
2.24 carat) and could not breathe for a few minutes; it was absolutely the most
beautiful thing I had ever seen in my life. When I presented it to my
now-fiancee, I thought she was going to have a heart attack. We had looked
at the Lucida cuts at Tiffany's a few months ago, and the first thing she asked
when she saw the Ideal's sparkle was, "did you buy this at Tiffany's?"
This stone is phenomenal, as beautiful as (if not more so) those we had looked
at for over $40,000 dollars. We have spent the last 24 hours having all of
her friends and family gasp and start to cry when they see the ring. You
all have my eternal gratitude and all of my business from this point
forward. We're already planning for the matching earrings. THANK YOU ALL

| Well I did several months of educating myself/shopping. Once I felt like I knew what I was looking for-- I looked everywhere. I looked at Tiffany's, I looked in NYC's diamond district, and I looked at every online retailer that I could find...Eventually I found a diamond that seemed like a great deal-- it was at James Allen, and it was one they actually owned, rather than one they could buy from a vendor. If you've looked online you know this is kindof rare, but James Allen seemed to have more diamonds actually in stock than any other online retailer... Anyway I was somewhat nervous about buying something this big online, but when I recieved my diamond I took it to an independant appraiser and they verified that it was everything it was supposed to be. In the end, I got a 1.6carat, G, IF, Emerald Cut diamond at a great price set in a beautiful platinum band... and oh yeah, she said yes!Anyways: James Allen had a great selection at good prices, and was always honest and straightfoward w/ me.
