After chosing the ring style and diamond I desired James Allen services promptly produced and shipped the ring. When I opened the package I was relieved and very impressed with the entire package... but especially the ring. Very beautiful. All of that and the best prices I could find.

I proposed to my wife last April after finally
managing to find the right stone, after months of looking. That she is now
my wife should be proof that she did say "yes." I meant to write you folks
a note of thanks long ago but I'm essentially very lazy and other things just
kept getting in my way until I had forgotten about it altogether. That is, until
this morning. I had made an appointment with Jim hoping for an opportunity
to compare stones and was grateful for your willingness to allow me to come into
your office to do so. What I could not have hoped for was the time that
Jim patiently spent with me, helping me find a few stones to compare from among
which to select mine, and educating me on the subtle differences that one would
not be able to notice by educating ones-self on the internet (as I had).
He showed me each stone from a few angles under a microscope and in different
lights, explaining the significance of each different view. After an hour
or so of my taking what I am sure was a painfully long time to make a decision I
was down to two identical stones. The last thing I could think to do was
to bring them both outside and see them in the sun one last time. Jim, as
graciously as I’ve ever seen a salesman behave in my life, invited me to take
all the time I needed while he attended to other business. I stepped
outside on my own (feeling rather like a thief with two stones that were not
mine) and waited anxiously for some clouds to pass. When they did one of
the stones instantly shone like the heart of a star. At last my decision
was made. After an experience like this how can I ever be expected to buy
anything from a regular jewelry store again? A friend of mine is thinking
of getting his wife an anniversary gift and this morning he remembered me
fawning about how fairly-priced, friendly, and (above all) helpful the company I
had dealt with in finding my engagement stone had been and wondered if I
remembered who it was. I enthusiastically sent him your website and was
reminded, just by stopping by the site, what a huge help you had
been. I was reminded also of the countless times my wife has gotten
comments of admiration of the beauty of her ring; the countless times she and
some other acquaintance have been vainly comparing stones and finding that my
wife's has been of far better quality for a far better price. Most happily
I remember the countless times I catch her just staring into her freshly cleaned
ring with a pretty, little smile. Thank you and again thank you for

| I would like to thank you for such a great diamond and a great staff that helped me through the process. My husband and I have been married for 14 years. Recently, I lost my original diamond and have been looking for a replacement for about a year. The jewelers around our area are very high priced, with a very limited inventory on quality GIA or AGS certified diamonds. We have been looking on line for a diamond which are more affordable and a better selection but you can't visualize the actual diamond. When I found your website, I was incredibly excited. You have great prices, huge inventory and you can see the diamonds. On top of all that you have videos of you ring settings. Also, I love that you can upgrade in a 5 year period to a larger stone. | I gave the necklace to my wife on Friday for our 15th wedding anniversary and she was thrilled. (1.5 carats = 15 years I figure) Her brother had bought a comparable stone last year for his fianc? (now wife) and he spent about $13,000! A jeweler in the local mall had been searching for me for the last few weeks. She finally had a stone and the last thing I did Friday, before giving the present to my wife, was check out her stone. It was a G color SI1 1.5 carat. I looked at it without the loop and then looked again. Then I used the loop to confirm what I saw. It had a large, white, tear shaped mark on the surface of the table. She said, “I guess that is why my diamond guy is willing to let it go so cheap.” She still wanted $12,500 for it! Since she seems like a nice person I showed her our new necklace and explained that I had bought it from you guys in case she did not come through for me. You could literally see her jaw drop as she eyed it. All she had to say was, “That’s a nice stone – I hope you will still think of us for your other jewelry purchases. ”I am not sure when I will be buying more diamonds. I am thinking my wife might need new earrings for our 20th anniversary. You know, 1.0 plus 1.0 equals 2.0 carats. I am not sure if I will be able to afford anything before then. Rest assured, though, that I will be telling my friends about my great experience with James Allen for a long time to come.

| I did a lot of research and after realizing that James Allen's pricing was in line with a lot of e-tailers, what really got me through the process was dealing with Dave to help me through the process. I went through a lot of diamonds, and since I bought a round diamond I had found that the C that makes it most appealing is the 'cut'. Dave looked at the diamond I chose and based on its proportions and cut, said it was a perfect diamond for the ring. The setting is beautiful, and I opted for white gold because it is shinier and more durable than platinum, and really accentuates the diamond set in the middle.I have had a good experience, especially after doing research for a few months before purchasing. I visited countless jewelers and none could come close on price, and the e-tailers I did visit were not as helpful as Dave at James Allen was for me. My fiance has been comparing her ring to other girls she knows, and hers is always the shiniest. It was important to me to make sure that her ring shined more than any others, and while the other girls diamonds might be bigger... the cut and proporition of this diamond get this ring a substantial amount of attention from women whose husbands and fiancees spent a lot more than I did. And I am glad to see her happy too... James Allen made it a reality, and helped me make an investment in the girl of my dreams.We are both really happy, and James Allen and Dave in particular, were essential in our great satisfaction with our future plans.
