I purchased the 18k white gold channel set diamond ring with the nine diamonds. Ring is beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I wanted the security of a channel set ring, although I was debating between channel set and pave. I had three conversations with James Allen customer service rep. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered a lot of questions I had about different types of ring and jewelry maintenence and ring sizing. I wasn`t sure about my size and i used their online ring sizer and had one sent to me free.The ring came quickly in a very elegant box. the size was just right. I was suprised at how accurate their online ring sizer was! i was skeptical that you could do it online, but it worked! I would happily recommend James Allen to family and friends.
