French jewelry company Van Cleef & Arpels in July 2008 introduced its new bridal collection ``French Kiss,`` by holding a romantic-themed fashion show that included wedding gowns of French haute couture designer Eymeric Francois. Models wore the designers dresses, with stunning jewelry pieces from Van Cleef & Arpels` bridal collection. These included lovely diamond solitaire rings, intricate diamond-studded necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Van Cleef & Arpels stated that the French Kiss collection is “a celebration of love.” Beautiful engagement rings sparkled with diamond solitaires, emerald-cut diamonds and even heart-shaped diamonds. There was one necklace that had a lace-like pattern. And there was another with clusters of diamonds creating flower patterns. Francois` lovely and tasteful wedding gowns were set off perfectly with Van Cleef & Arpels` jewels. One model was wearing a snug lace gown that revealed more than it covered. Another model had on a gown that featured gold zippers creating a corset -like shape. Also of interest was a Japanese wedding gown that resembled a kimono.
